Biography
I was born in a country rich in tradition, where storytelling runs deep in our veins. Nearly all of Wales's history was passed down through storytelling until print came into existence. I've continued the way my ancestors told stories, here in Australia, now in a way that can be immortalised for generations to come.

In the media and entertainment industry, we're moving increasingly towards a more versatile and multi-skilled kind of filmmaker; professionals who have multiple strings to their bows.

My discipline is Sound, but this umbrella term encompasses much more than simply interacting with audio:

At the ABC, I'm recording editing and mixing programs for broadcast, as well as orchestrating the many moving parts of live shows like Radio National Breakfast.
​At PWA, I'm making quick decisions, troubleshooting in the fly, and moving the faders of a 16-channel desk to
coincide with the entrances, moves and matches of an extreme sport.
​
At AFTRS, I'm ensuring the next generation of filmmakers have all the technical and creative skills they need to go out and make incredible stories, and make sure respect, curiosity and kindness are the cornerstones of their professional lives.
​
And of course, in my freelance work, I'm helping to provide that crucial immersive experience for great stories on the big, small and social screens. I can be relied on to create and oversee the soundtrack from on-set right through to distribution.
